    Speaking of water...

i understand i'm not supposed to used tap water.

so do i just go buy 29 gallon jugs of filtered water from the grocery and mix salt into a tub before putting it in the aquarium?

Do you have a good LFS nearby? +100 on NO TAPWATER! You could also go to a water store and pick up some RO/DI water if you have one nearby

Check out Just About Fish, they are on the Ohio side but sell RO/DI or premixed saltwater in nice 5 gallon jugs, and are semi-close to you.

But in all honesty i would just go ahead and get an RO/DI unit if you can. Much easier and will save money and time in the long run.

got everything set up. Might need to get bout 10 pounds more of rock though.

I got the water, rock, and sand from the local store here.

So when am I able to start adding fish?

I've checked my levels and they havent spiked and they are in the good range for Nitrate Nitrite and Amonia

went to Just About Fish off Beechmont, I was in the area anyways getting my car worked on.

a little pricey but they seem very knowledgeable.

Cant wait till i get some time to get over there again and get a fish. Hopefully this weekend

I buy most of my fish there. Their prices are pretty normal at most LFS. I really like the guy Jason their hes a good guy to talk to. I'd would just take it slow with the fish, Start off with 2 clowns or something small and hardy. If you are up for a longer Trip head up top Gerbers Saltwater Warehouses, In Dayton, Best Selection of Fish around by far! But they too are very pricey, but its worh the trip. Also their is a local reef club that is great for getting corals, we have monthly meetings and a forum, cincyreef.com
