whats up with my clowns? video attached.

    A lone clown fish in a tank (no other clownfish) will become a female or be very close to completely changing, especially in 2 months time, so I would really bet that one is a female, unless it was in with another clown.

    The B/W unless it was with a large female, might very well be a female as well. The fish looks large and heavy, more like a female (hard to tell for certain from an video).

    Spats are to be expected between a pair, sometimes the male just needs to be reminded of his submissive status. If neither appears submissive, neither did in the video the stronger female will eventually try to kill the other or drive it out of the tank, so look for jumping. I expect you will know in a month or less.

    thanks for all the info corailline.

    i will keep a eye out for the next week and see what happens.
    if this continues i guess i will have to take the b/w out and add another b/w that is smaller than the picasso in hopes of it being male.

    when i stopped at home on lunch they were swimming around with each other like nothing is going on. weird.
