    Thanks for the prompt replies!

    We've been getting our RO/DI water from the LFS. The owner came out 4 weeks ago to set up the tank & he brought the salt water with him.

    And yes, we've put our hands/arms in the tank without gloves to arrange the rock :( I take it that's a big no-no??
