He has bright pink splotches all over. I've never seen anything like this before. He acts fine and is eating. Any ideas as to what the cause for this could be?

Hmmmm. I've never seen anything like this before. How long has it been like this? Have your lights been on for a while today? I could be wrong but, I think sixlines' create a slime coat that they sleep in to protect them from danger in the night hours. Maybe it's still got some of the slime on it and making the colors look blotchy.

Lights have been on for a couple hours.

    Doesn't appear to be slimecoat.

It looks like he has bleach spilled on him.

HUH. That's weird...sorry I'm not more help! I'm sure someone will chime in and have a better idea as to what may be going on here. If it looks ok and is acting and eating the same I wouldn't worry too much.

So, he still looks the same... behaviour hasn't changed. He didn't look like this the day before, BTW..

Stressed maybe? Has there been any change in surroundings, tank inhabitants, etc?
