I love watching my corals eat, and I love looking at the tank in the evening around 7 when the actinics are on.

I'll second Nemo's thoughts. After coming home from work, before dinner when the teenagers wander home. Sometimes the whole family is in the living room watching the interaction of our fish, anemone, crabs, sea star, and our monster Banded Coral Shrimp.

My favorite time, is in the morning right after all the lights kick on and are all heated up. This is when I do head counts, and see whatever new has happened over night. Like, this morning one of my mushrooms I cut up attached to the rock I set it on last night. No big deal, but cool.
