    Thanks.

we use a combination of so many things depending on the tank we are feeding.

the most expensive food is for 2 of our speciatly tanks. We have an angler that we can not get on frozen/krill no matter what. We go through about 20 ghost shrimps a week at 40cent a piece. Not terrible, but the worst part is finding someone that has them in stock.
the other specialty tank is for our harlequin shrimp. She is a biggie and we have to feed a chocolate chip star around every 2 weeks (sometime weekly depending on the size) that can run between $7-10 a star

We have a SPS tank and a NPS tank and a zoa/mushroom tank.
we use combo of reef pearls, cyclops, ROE or someother type of fish egg, phytofest, rotifeast, oysterfeast and combination of coralfreenzy or another type of local mixed dry coral food. Depending on what tank, will determine what food we feed. We also alternate and mix the foods up quite a bit. The reef nutrition stuff usually lasts us a month or so, and the dry foods last couple months. So for coral food I can easly see 40-50 every couple months

Foods for fish: we feed mainly RODS food original formula. Occasionally we will give dry flakes, but we also use just mysis, brine or krill. We also alternate what we feed.

Yes, our pet food cost is more than our food costs :)
