whats your stocking in your 90 gal

    Brother, that's too hard to answer without alot of info!
    Do you want corals?
    How much live rock?
    Sump? Etc
    But honestly, the best thing,IMO is to go to liveaquaria.com and "windowshop" create a wish list and then let 3reef critique that! After all it's your tank, it should house what you like;)

    Ive been stuck for months on that but i bought 60lbs of Pukani dry rock, 80lbs of crushed coral sand i forget the type and i have a 40gal breeder tank i turned into a sump. I say im going FOWLR. I have a 20gal with coral and only 2 clowns so the 90 id like fishes swimin.

    you thinking predator tank or a community nice tank?

    With a FOWLR, you could either do a bunch of small schooling fish. That would look cool. You could do that or do a predator tank, which would also be really neat ;)

    Id like a predator tank but with only 90gals how limited would I be on fish. but I'm still up in the air on it my wife wants fish that stay out and swim around so my 2 kids can wacth them that is her only requirement lol.

    then you don't want a 90g predator tank IMO, that will def limit the amount of fish you can have and alot of them will be hiding alot, like the eels:(

    If you need fam friendly I'd suggest;
    a black and and orange clown
    a coral beauty or flame angel
    a few wrasse(flashers preferably IMO)
    a butterfly fish or foxface or tomini tang
    and maybe a chromis

    should be fine for a 90 and have alot of color and personality.
