    well my tank has been running with live sand and base rock for a week and yesterday i added about 20 pounds of the best lr i have ever seen ;D

    so when do you think it will be ok for me to add in my clean up crew?

    I added mine a week and half after i started my tank and there all still doing really well.

    I added just a couple little guys (to have some movement in the tank) about a week after it was up and running.

    This is a better way to put it....I only added a few...the cleaner shrimp came after the cycle was over
