Where could you buy cheap worms or other sand stirrers?

Any website or andone know where to get a sand renewal kits?

hmm...not sure. You could try seeding your sand with a cup or so o sand from a mature tank.

 

Have you ever looked at Indo Pacific Sea Farms? I get a bunch of stuff from them.

EDIT: I think the Wonder Mud and Live Sand Activator are specifically what you're asking for, but there is a whole host of useful stuff on their site. Whenever I or someone else I know is setting up a tank, I point them here to get their sand turned in to real live sand.

+1 on IPSF. I've bought both of those items before to start my last tank years ago and to renew it after it crashed.

There's also GARF grunge from garf.org, though I've not personally gotten that before.
