Where did my pods go???

Tiger Pods will not live in a reef tank

You can add 10,000 tiger pods, they will all die. They will not reproduce in warm water.

You need pods that live and breed in warm waters

haha i hate how everyone posts all at once, it's hard to follow...

Yeah man, if what they say about trigger pods not living in warm water is true...then i bet they've all died. sorry if you go to your LFS, sometimes they'll give away chaeto for free and there will be pods on the cheato. thus seeding your tank with some pods to reproduce. I don't know how long it takes to get an established population of pods though, and i don't know what kind, if any, macro algae you have in your fuge...maybe this will be a good opportunity to start!!! (again, if you already have some...i'm sorry!!)

 

Thanks for the info ermano---I have chaeto in the fuge. I will try another type of pods--That is what makes this hobby so great--LEARNING--and sometimes the expensive way!!!!

 

if you have a good LFS go there and get about a pound maybe two of good live sand tell them to dig deep , not to just skim the top and seed the fuge with some sand fauna as mentioned Tigers are for just feeding fish ..
