I keep mine @ 1.023 @ 77 degrees. I read that salinity is inversly proportional to the oxygen in the water. The higher the salinity the harder it is for the water to hold oxygen. ~Jack

    1.025-1.026 at 80 degrees.

I used to keep it at 1.023/24 but slowly increased it and everything seems to be doing better. Afterall, natural sea water is 1.026.

I went from 1.023 to 1.025(slowly). It seems that almost every parameter of my tank has done much better. BTW, temp at 78-79.

Oh man. Went to check mine and it was at 1.20. How should I go about raising ?

Add Salt to wet/dry (If so, is there a method of salt amount vs. salinity?)

or Let it be and let the water evaporate out and raise it. Seems awful slow that way though.

    Thanks all...
