Honest moment of advice here. Save that money. Tutition is paid but there are ltos of other expenses that are gonna add up FAST. Pens, food, ok hell even condoms, everything is gonna tally up. Even going to college if you still staying with parents on goona incur expenses your not envisioning.

If you are dedicated to corals though, it depends on what your looking for LA (and DD section is great), some of the sponsors here are pretty good. I like the small let it grow big frags on the ebay, it all depends on what your choice is. Ebay just check the seller ratings & shipping costs and youll be fine.

Thank you for that info. I just didn't want to step on any toes.

His ebay name is woosaquatics123 and I'm always seeing where he has gotten in new corals. His coral tank is awesome and his wife is one of my facebook friends so she sends me a lot of photos when new ones arrive.

One thing everyone should know is that due to the numberous areas he buys from, I have gotten a lot of hitchhikers including, nudibranch, aptasia, some bristleworms, and a white spider looking thing that never did get identified. I have been able to get rid of all the undesirables.

On the plus side, I have also gotten some really cool hitchhikers including pink and white bristlestars, white bristlestars, numberout star fish, and a lot of hairy shelless critters that are always on the glass eating algae. I just recently noticed hitchhikers of red and purple feather dusters, some bumblebee snails, and a few colonies of Zoas that popped up out of nowhere and I have to believe they came from Tims as he is the only one I buy my coral or live rock from.

I am willing to take some not so desireable hitchhikers in order to get the really good ones at a great price.

For the majority, I order online. I'm quite the fan of eBay purchases. A few that I've had experience with are:

Golden Basket Reef items - Get great deals on Live Coral, Zoanthid items on eBay Stores!

Sells mainly colonies. For the majority, items sell for very reasonable prices. Her shipping and packaging is excellent. If you ask, and there are specific items you are looking for, she will send photos via email of items for an option to buy rather than bid. Those prices are also very reasonable and often allow you to avoid some additional expenses that would apply if it was sold in the auction.

Zoantharia items - Get great deals on items on eBay Stores!

This guy also has very reasonable pricing and shipping options. He has excellent customer service and excellent shipping. Great communication and may even send additional free coral when spending over $100 or so. Mainly frags and I've always been happy with all that I have received from this guy. He actually makes his own plugs which are clear on the base. I find that I actually like the clear plug. To add, his coral system does not contain any fish.

LiveAquaria also offers many options. The Diver's Den even better. Excellent quality, but at your expense.

Lol thanks for lookin out khowst. I have a full scholarship though. They pay tuition, books, and food credits. Since I'm almost 21, they give me money every semester for housing.. Instead of paying the on campus housing fees. But I can spend it on whatever really. I've had a job for awhile and i've been saving for my own place.. So I'll probably buy like a tv and a couch or something w/ the schools money lol. Then see what I have left.. haha
