    Carbon

What would be the best way to run the carbon & have you ever used GFO for phosphates?

I run carbon and GFO in Phosban Reactors hung in my sump. If you don't have a sump or room for reactors you can use both in mesh bags placed in a medium flow area. Phosban comes with nice reusable filter bags in the container. Both carbon and GFO (Phosban) break down whne subjected to too much flow so be careful how big a pump you use or how much flow they have around them. A MJ400 powerhead works well for a reactor.

Does Custom Aquatic have a retail store or outlet? I know they are in the San Diego area and I have always received excellent service from them buying online. I get most all my online stuff through them and often I receive it late the following day, Phoenix must be a direct shipping route from there!
