Where or Where could they be?

I had a small colony on a piece of LR at the bottom of my tank, I noticed that the LS was starting to encroach on the LR but didn't think anything about it. Today I wake up and the LR is almsot covered to I lift it out and once the mini sandstorm finishes, they are no more polyps. Kind confused as I know shrooms are hardy, but to have all of them vanish in one night?

As far as I know they've been healthy and looking great, never had anything happen to my corals before so this one kinda bugs :\

maybe they moved off of the rock? since the rock was being encroached they moved to 'greener pastures'?

i know when my shrooms were sent to me they were almost invisible, because they went over 24 hours without light. look hard...they could be there but almost dormant looking?

They might have released thereselves to float in the current to find a better place for them.
I dont believe they all would have done this at once though.
Dont worry about them, Imo, as stated before on this thread.

Just found it very odd that in one night they all vanished :|

Not that there is anything I can do about it, I just want to make sure that the critters are happy :)

I dont believe they all would have moved in one night either, Unless your overblasting them with flow.
Let the rock be, Im sure they just shribbled up and are translucent.
    They will reapear

If they were sufficiently iritated, yes, they would all have moved. Remember, over night is what 8 hours +.
