    I agree with staying away from reef2go. Every time we placed an order with them they would end up not sending multiple things and we would end up with store credit. 2 orders later and we still have credits to use, and I think they do this just to make you keep buying from them.

    I dont need to say this as everyone else already has... but i have been highly satisfied with John from reefcleaners about 10-15 times now!

    BEST customer service in the whole entire hobby right there ;)

    You limit it to just the hobby? I have never dealt with any company with better service.

    Also I would stay away from turbos. I don't like anything that can't right itself.

    +1 on reefcleaners, if you live anywhere near florida its fast shipping. I was able to get free shipping and got my order within two days or ordering. Not only is the cuc doing great, I think he sends a few extra just in case of die off during shipping. couldn't be happier will order again

    OK, I am ordering from the guy - will always choose a 3Reef supporter when possible !

    THe best customer service I have ever come across is Marine Depot - bar none. Maybe it can be a tie ? :)

    It's not often we get impressed with customer service, so this is an impressive thread for John. Most often people flock to the Net to post negativity. Best in the hobby to me (so far) would be Marine Depot. My other hobby is restoring a 68 corvette convirtible, best customer service is the world for this hobby is Ecklers.com -- amazing.
