I just got the opportunity to upgrade my 20L frag tank to a 40b frag tank. I am going to drill 2 holes. 1- 1 1/2" drain and 1- 3/4" return.
Where should I drill the holes. There will be no overflow box or anything. Straight 1 1/2" drain. Should I drill the drain in the bottom corner and the return on the back glass opposite that? That's what I was thinking. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
Thank you in advance for the input.

Definitely do the return in the back glass. The drain is up to you tho. Mine in in the back glass opposite the return on my 40b. Did you check if the bottom was tempered?

I did. It is non tempered. Thank you.
I guess it's more or less personal preference.
    Thanks again.
