Where to get Coral

    I live in hawaii.
    i want to know how to get coral.
    my friend knows a person who has coral he bought form ebay.
    However, i don't know how that works since they are tight about importing corals in hawaii.

    anyone want to share a frag or two?:p

    Welcome to 3Reef!!!!

    Keeping a fish-only tank in Hawaii is doable. However, a (legal) reef would be quite a challenge. You can't collect live rock or corals nor import them. Most reef tanks have fake live rock and the corals are illegal. Hawai`i Department of Land and Natural Resources
