I am starting a refugium for my DT sometime next week and was looking for some chaeto/mangroves. Any suggestions on which algae/plants to go with? What are the pros and cons of each? Also are there any good websites people order from or just check the fish store?

I see the refugium pack (chaeto, gracilaria, and 2 red mangroves)..... Would the tank be significantly healthier with the combination of those three? Or would just getting chaeto be sufficient enough? I have a 70 gal. sump with one half open for algae growth and I'm going to be hanging an 18'' T5 actinic over that half. Would space be an issue with all three or will they all be ok just tangled together?

I think just chaeto would be fine.

always good to have the variety, especially if you keep a few tangs.
They all serve the same purpose - export nutrients

For macro algae you should use a 6500k daylight bulb. You aren't growing corals so actinic is a waste. Simple 23w spiral compact florescent bulb purchased at Lowes or Walmart with a clip on fixture is perfect (lots of us here use just that). I would definitely recommend Mangroves as I've had very good success with them, but would go with the variety as every tank is different and you never know which macro will work best for you until you try them all.

Thanks! That being said, I assume I will need deep sand for the mangroves? And would all three be ok in half of a 70 gal. (48x18x18) or do they need "their own space"?

No deep sand bed ever in my tanks. They get exhausted at some point (around 2-3 years) and then need to be removed and redone. No thanks. I float my Mangroves with styrofoam. Here's an old pic that illustrates what I mean.
