In my tank, I have four Koralia's (three K-3s and one K-4) and a return providing flow. The return is pointed up to give surface agitation....so is one of the K-3s. The other three Koralias are a little lower than in your pic, pointed slightly down.

Here is where every tank is truly different and one dude's dream is another dude's nightmare. Just don't disturb the sandbed, that is the bottom line. I would also have one of them (either) pointed up toward the surface to get the agitation going. Good for oxygen exchange.

I have 3 Koralia 1's. My overflow box is all the way to the left with one PH on the left wall below it kind of pointing up a bit. I have another PH on the back wall far right kind of pointing "downish" and the other on the back wall middle pointing "downish" across the corals. Like John, I also have the return pointing up for surface agitation. We had 2 PH's for months before we added some of the corals.
