We had close family live in Melbourne, Australia for 3 years. My mom's sister, her husband, and my 2 cousins. Plus I've always had a soft spot for Australia. It's almost perfect (depending on where you are), except for the freakin' flies during the dry season. I would love to dive the great barrier reef someday.

I loved Colorado when we went there for a Christmas Break when I was 17. Oddly enough it was the same family that lived in Australia that now live in the mile high city Colorado. The family has increased to 4 cousins, however. 2 adoped Russian girls...and they are a trip. I would hate to be their adopted parents :p I loved CO though. Skiing (I'm not much of a snowboarder. I just like going faaast with the occassional jump), the mountains, the snow, etc. The only downside to that trip was that it was flippin' cold at night because it was late December/early January. Putting my contacts in in the morning was borderline painful because the solution got so cold durng the night . Other than that it was awesome.

I was born and raised in illi-noise, crazy terrible weather, mean and grumpy people, chicago is very close by and can always get stuck in traffic, but I love this place. I plan on moving slightly more north (about 20mins) closer to chicago. I save the dream spots for vacations/travel that way I dont get burnt out and have no where to dream about.

If I had a lot of money I would move back to New York, but this time I would live in Manhattan. I lived in Queens previously and hated the commute.

That's another reason why I'm iterested in Colorado. No beaches or warm weather for miles and miles  So any humid tropical paradise would be a dream vacation spot.

And another thing, I absolutely love Destin/Navarre Beach, FL. But I will never, ever live there. My grandmother lives in Jacksonville and we are down there several times a year. My uncle and aunt are in Miami. I don't think I will ever live in Florida. :p
