However there were only a few of the pictured fish in the tank?

it does look to me at 1st glance as an image that has been tampered with by someone
the internet is full of images that have been manipulated

I can see two regal tangs have identical indents on the right middle side of the picture

 

Ummm... this tank was at the Aquarium of the Pacific for about a year as a special display. Email them if you wish and ask if they had such a display some 3-5 years ago. Long Beach california.

 

And oh look!!!... it seems others has photoshopped a tank just like the tank in my pic! We all must be devilish little souls...
