My fillimented flasher is my favorite. Very pink. You really can't go wrong on flashers though.

I read that for the wrasse to not lose its color i should keep one male with two females or one male with another male from another species of flasher wrasse. I'm thinking of going with another male of different species to keep my tank diversity up, or would 3 of the same flasher wrasses look good in the tank swimming together? What do you guys think?

search all about reef safe wrasses I looked into anthis fish but decided against it to much work and a lot of feedings to keep them truly healthy. and most take a lot of special feeding requirements that being said the Ignatius anthis are a good candidate for 75 gallon tanks

but for a lot of color and a real fun fish the wrasses are what you will enjoy in the long run and the solar fairy wrasses and long fin fairy wrasses are cool candidates :)

I've had a trio of dispar anthias for about 10 months and there has been zero aggression between them and other fish in my tank.

Yeah i know what you mean. I can only feed my fish one per day and an auto feeder is probably another pita. I was looking at wrasses before the anthias but decided against them because someone started that they ate inverts. I think i might have been looking at a different wrasse or something but the flasher wrasses are very nice, imo nicer then the anthias i wanted. So I'm definitely going to go with a trio of flasher wrasses or a male mccoskers and a male filamented. 3 mccoskers just might be a little too pricey. Or i wonder if one male mccoskers and two female filamented would be fine?

Blue zoo has mccoskers for 50 and the other wrasses are 20-30 and free shipping after 140$. My lfs has good prices sometimes but i hate the owner, his customer service and he has no warranty so i never go there anymore.
