    I got a hermit to take cre of my algae... it furry ornagish in colour and has a giant claw and a thin claw.... here are the pics:

    Appears to be a Pagurus cuanensis, or Hairy Hermit.

    Mainly an omnivorous scavenger, but can become opportunistic.

    I have an urchin, blenny and clowns and a snail... will they be ok or I remove it?

    You can do that, too. Problem is, being omnivorous, it will also need some meat in it's diet. If it's not getting enough from leftover fish food and you're not supplementing, somebody might pay...

    You also need to provide extra shells for when it outgrows it's current one.

    Its already 3.5".... I jus have half inch snails... I dont feed any meaty foods jus cyclop and formula 2.... I feed a bot extra after adding it...

    Actually, cyclops are zooplankton (animal) and formula 2 is made from a variety of processed meats, so you may be fine.
