    I have a question,
My first anemone was a long tentacle anemone, and my clown hosted it, but the anemone died.
Probably because I moved it 3 or 4 times a day (I know I should have let move on its own, but I didn’t know better. now I do). I was thinking about getting a bubble tip, but I don’t know if the clown would host it or not. Which is easier to take care of? A long tentacle or bubble tip, as far as lighting requirements, water flow, hardiness, etc.

There is no guarantee that your clown will host either. Dont go with what you think the clown will host, go with what you truly find more appealing and which one you will be able to care for better.

Well the thing is I hade an lta for a while. My clownfish hosted it.
But I heard BTAs are the easiest host anemone to care for. But I haven’t had a bta so I don’t know if my clown will host it or not. The main factor is which is the easiest to care for

Anemone's are not for beginners. What are your tank specs and params? And how long has it been up and running?

Its my personal exp. that both are roughly the same. They are not for beginners as NeighborTom mentioned and lighting is very important. Once the anemone has "anchored" its footing, you should not try to move it. You can damage its footing and that may cause it to die.

    Standard 10 gallon

ph. 8.2 Every Thing else is 0

The tank has been running for ten months.

t5 ho, 4.8 watts per gallon, 24 watts of 10000k, and 24 watts of actinic.

I have a diy fuge, and a hob filter, for a total of 27 X turnover.

About 15 pounds of rock, And about 5 pounds of crushed coral. (I know crushed coral can cause problems, but I vacuum it when I do my 10% water change)
