When I said 0 I meant nitrite and ammonia, nitrate is 15ppm (I hope I wrote that right, righting this down gets confusing)
I don’t know about Cal. Mag. I don’t remember what alk was; I just remember it was in the normal range. I take my water to a lfs to be tested once a week. I do a 10% water change once a week, using instant ocean salt mix.

    Ps. I can’t afford a test kit:cry:

One of the fish stores I go to, has LTAs the size of your hand, for $24, and green BTAs the size of you fist, for $26.
    Are these good deals?
    Which should I get?

Not to be a downer here, because I don't have any experience with anemone's (I still consider myself too new), but from everything I have read about them, they require very good water conditions to thrive. Maybe a better investment of your money would be some more test kits. I know my LFS carries CA, Mg and Alk tests for right about 25 bucks per test kit.

I know that I have learned more about my tank since I started testing on my own rather than just relying on my LFS. I still take my water there to have them run a second test to confirm my readings.

My LFS will also not sell me something until he thinks that we are ready to take care of it.
