what size tank? and i know these ones are in your price range, but again of you can wait a month and save a little more, always remember you get what you pay for especially for protein skimmers.... i have a few regrets because you want to product today, instead of waiting and getting a better product in a couple weeks.

the coralife and eshopps are the best of the two i think. actually have owned all 4 of these and the prizm was my least favorite. to each their own but i'm sure some people would spit at an aqua c. there's people on here with coralife that have beautiful tanks. i know people that swear by a prizm, just didn't do it for me. good thing about the coralife is if later on you convert to a sump, it will work in both applications.

my problem with the prizm probably was the fact that i didn't have a sump and the water level was changing constantly. didn't like it, but i still have it for a backup.

I had the Corallife Super Skimmer hanging on the back of my 30g for a few days. IMO it was a real eyesore so I got rid it. It just too hard not to notice it hanging off such a small tank. I didn't have it long enough to have a honest opinion functionality but I hear good things about it. I opted for a used AquaC that I got off ebay for $70 with a brand new pump and haven't looked back since.
