    is 150 watts from a 20" sunpod to much for my ten gallon if i wanted anemone and lps??? or would 70 watts be better???

    personally - i wouldn't put a MH on 10 gallons.
    PC would be more then enough on a 10 gallon even for an anemone, but my choice of preference would be a few T5's

    actually, a 70 watt would be best. MH put out heat yeah, but that around the bulb. Good fans blowing on the bulbs or pulling air out would solve the issue, and sunpods are sealed and fanned fixtures. YTou should be fine with either, but a 150 watt is overkill IMO ;)

    even a 70 imo is way to much, 7w per gallon is enough to kill some things

    PC or T5 as stated above would do great, honestly I'd probably get a 2 bulb T5 and that should keep anything you want

    Just keep in mind that evaporation will happen fast in a 10g depending on the lights you use.

    i got a 40 watt t5 strip instead. I currently have a 15w flourescent on right now, can i put this with the t5 and have it work?
