    I am trying to decide which reflector to use when I upgrade to 400w MH x 2
    My budget is limited so it is between the Spider and Reefoptix 2. Any input would be appreciated. Other suggestions of other brands will also be appreciated. Also, where do you buy your equipment. I have only found about 3-4 major sites that carry any kind of selection...Aquacave, Marine Depot, etc.

    I would do HQI - LumenMax Elite or ReefOptix 3 - AquaCave has good prices, so does Premium Aquatics. Service from Premium Aquatics was top notch.

    Lumen Brights are the best. Bar none.

    Ice cap pendants are very good as well, and have a very small footprint compared to the LBs.

    I am sorry-I forgot to mention I am going to build a new canopy and retro them in with T-5 supplement actinics

    Look around for used reflectors. I picked up 2 Lumenmax Elite's for $220 shipped.
