which type of blennies?

    hey guys!

    im looking into getting either a lawnmower blenny or a harptail(mozambique) blenny???
    any thoughts on either guys?

    I personally like the Mozambique ones. They have FANGS!!!!

    I don't know much about blennies, but those lawnmower ones are really cute and fun to watch!

    they both have really cool character... do they have any benefits for the tank?

    I've heard that the lawnmowers eat algae. so that's good! I'm not sure about the other guys.

    My lawnmower blenny is awesome. It's a starry blenny - salarias ramosus, check it out they're very pretty. They do have character and eat algae (in my LFS it was called an Algae Blenny). Fix down any small things you don't want moved though, mine's totally cleared out a small cave of all the small rocks inside.
