Ive noticed very very tiny white specs on the inside of my tank glass they move as if some sort of bug. I cant take a picture because they are so small. Does anyone know what they might be? and if so are they bad?

It's very interesting wish I could post a pic they are so small and move fairly quick. Could they be whiteflies? Or do they only exsist in freshwater?
