    I noticed this white growth growing on my return pump, and dont know what it is.:confused:

    it apears to be a small sponge of some sort if i were to guess. not for shure but it looks kinda kool as long as it is safe!

    If it's soft when you touch it, it's a sponge. Harmless
    If it's hard when you touch it, it's a foraminiferan. Also harmless.
