My coral beauty has a mouth fungus (READ HIS MOUTH IS WHITE, OTHERWISE HEALTHY/EATS GOOD). I do not have a quarantine tank available. Can I treat it with Pimafix antifungal remedy in the tank? Everything else is healthy (except for those @#$% flatworms, I've been dealing with). The tank ( 30 gaL) contains a few SPS, frogspawn, hammer, xenia, leathers, toadstools etc. and royal gramma, clown, and gobey/pistol shrimp combo. Water parameters are excellent. Will it harm my other fish or corals, shrimp, feather duster? The directions say add 5mil for 10 US gallons of water for 7 days, then a 25% water change?

    Help/advice appreciated

Well the manufacturer claims that it is completely reef safe, But if it were me I would invest in a small QT tank and treat the fish there!! Dollar for dollar It just would not be worth the risk for me. ...............................John

If you cant afford a tank, get a rubbermaid tub and use that as your QT.
