Just wondering my tank has been running about 2 weeks now, with a pound of live rock in a 5 gallon tank all the LR i can get at the moment.
i came home from work and my power head was bubbling from low water level i added some Plan RO water no salt mix.
and i noticed there was a bunch of white transparent slim after i added the ro water, floating every where and there still some on the seals of the tank
any ideas to what it may be?

Sounds like bacteria, or possibly a byproduct form die off from the rock. Net it out if it bothers you.

already netted out the floating stuff but there is still some on the seals should i leave it? or take it out
would be just be a cause of the tank cycling?

Probably a cause of the tank cycling, but cleaning it up can't hurt.
