My son just got his CUC for his JBJ28 and some of the nerite snails had these large white circles on the shells and now they are spreading to the glass. The actually have a yellow center, almost looks like an egg yolk. Are these eggs or something else. I took a few pics.

so I should just leave them alone? Wanted to clean the glass, but I guess i can just go around them. Any idea how long they take to hatch?

John with Reef Cleaners told me that they would likely hatch (not sure how long it takes), but the larvae will never develop due to our tank conditions.

They are more than likely empty shells at this point. They don't disappear until they wear away over time or until you scrape them off.
