White stuff on LR

    Its a bad picture I know, but is anyone able to tell what the white patch is. It almost looks kinda fuzzy and in little groups all together. Thanks in advance.

    Very heard to tell by the pic, but it could be coraline that's bleached... But then again you say it kinda fuzzy... I think a better picture can help a great deal...

    judging by the quality of the pic's i would say sponge, but not certain

    I am pretty sure it is a sponge, even with the low res pic.

    If it is a sponge, it is 100% reef safe, and a sign of you doing things right:)

    Def sponge.. good thing!!! good filter feeder and will benefit tank as long as its not growing on the top side of the rocks cause then you have to worry because it then could take over coral.
