    Haha, yea I know. I have one of those also. But my floor sensor will also shut it down if I happen to blow a hose in sump. Anyways these sensors are good to have for anyone on first or whatever floor. Especially if anyone has a hob overflow.

    Thanks for all the replies everyone. I did check with my bylaws of my HOA before installing my current tank, so I know im good. I even checked on rules against water beds(none), which I know disperse the weight over a much larger surface then a tank. The wall I am thinking about putting my future tank against is against a load baring wall. trying to locate my disclosure papers of when I purchased my condo to see if there is anything stating how it was built, or what its built out of
