Who ships Seahorses to Canada?

    I'm looking for a mate for my Hippocampus Reidi. My local contact is all washed up. Does anyone know of a decent, reliable, company that will ship livestock such as seahorses to Canada?

    Seahorses only come into Canada in large numbers as costs of shipping/cites/vet inspections and so on are so high.
    For H. reidi, the best stock is sourced from Aquamarine and brought in by transhippers and sold to LFS's across Canada.
    Out west there are more than the ones I can remember but Blue World Aquatic in Edmonton and Red Coral in Calgary. Probably the other Red Coral stores also carry them. Canreef sponsors.
    JL Aquatics has seahorses but I'm not sure of their sourcing at the moment because Australian ones haven't been coming in since Dr Mic Payne shut down Seahorse Sanctuary.
    I would assume they probably have access to the Aquamarines ones also but they don't show on the website.
    I'm bringing in an order of H. erectus and H. zosterae that should be coming in late August to early September from seahorsecorral.com in Florida.
    I haven't been able to get a store to bring them in so I'm going to bring them in myself for me and others in southwestern Ontario.
