True and that's kind of what sucks about the way it has become. But oh well that is a whole other discussion. In other news as much as I do like Joe daddy, Kenny Florian put on one hell of a performance even though he did grab the fence to prevent Joe's slam which could have potentially made the fight go a diff way. Now gsp vs. Penn? Who will win? Tough call. That being said I think Kenny has a tough next fight against either Gsp or Penn.

Brock won>>>>>> Period>>>>>> He has a gift... and the fact that his fists are the size of small boulders doesn't hurt either... He is a monster and he's only going to get better... Could you imagine if he would of caught Randy with a punch straight on in the jaw... It would of been lights out with one punch.. No need for his flury of killer hammer fists.. Randy put it best when he said,"He's a big son of a -----." Randy has no choice but to respect him now.. If he doesn't he's kidding himself...

It was a great ticket all around....Incredible size difference, but thats why this sport is so cool....always changing, and anyone who wants to sack up, can go for it...and as proven here...in less than a year have the sports biggest title....I wonder if he regrets getting cut buy the Minnasota Vikings?....NOT.
Also proves that WWE actor/wrestlers "can" compete in a "real" blood match...bravo to those fans to.
Randy was totally aware of the error of his ways early in the fight......dam, can you say "HEADACHE"....that old man is sore today !!
hammer punches were like mission said...or worse.

How many hits to the back of the head before it gets called?
Every fighter has his day though, I do respect how both fighters were gracious and humble after the match. Brock gave Randy his respects, as did Randy give Brock. It's good to see that Brock is maturing and knowing when to say "thanks" and be sincere and humble about it. I think he was surprised by how hard and fast Randy hits though.
I liked Gonzaga's showing too. He was a class act in his match too, most guys would have pounced when they guy went down. It takes a classy guy to know he has already won and not want to inflict unnecessary damage to the opponent.
