Time to save $$$ then

 

We booked the night it was announced at the DFWMAS meeting. We'll probably be helping out with stuff, just hopefully not the whole time. Going to all the festivities, as well.

 

I hope, wish and pray that I will be able to come to Dallas! So far though, it's a yes for me!

 

wow this is a better turnout than I expected this early!

My friend and I just talked Jason Fox into going so he will be a vendor there.

 

I'd love to go...right around my B-Day too. Right now work is so hectic, I'm not sure if I could.

 

He was a vendor in Des Moines. Great guy! I couldn't decide on a polyp of God of War. Left the booth, came back 5 min. later and it was sold. Jason laughed his A off but sold me one anyway and shipped it for free when he got home.

 

I believe it... he has the nicest stuff too. Vendor fees are so expensive so he has to keep his prices a bit higher just to recoup the cost :-/

 

Only time in my career I've paid $75 for a single polyp. It was growing pretty good. Then melted when my pellets nearly took out the whole tank!
I thought I'd lost the JF meteor shower too, it lost all it's flesh over night. But I never took the frag disc or skeleton out of the tank. About a month ago I see pink in the moonlights and realize it's 3 little cyphastrea mouths! It's grown out to about the size of a dime now and has about 7 mouths.

 

So I'm a definite now; buying tickets, booking a flight, and making the reservation this week. My other half is coming with me too.

Now I just need to figure out how we're getting to/from the airport. Seems there's more options to fly into DFW International (rather than Love Field) but less options to get to/from the Downtown Sheraton. Anyone have any tips here?
