Why are Scots like fish?

    Is it because they can smell kind of funny or you cant understand anything they try to say to you?

    No. Its because they drink like fishes.

    I organised a works night out last night for the guys in the factory. 14 of us ended up going bowling. I set up a bar tab at about 7.30 (most of them had already been drinking for several hours before I got there). Looking at the 4ft reciept this morning no one had anything other than cheap beer or cheap whisky. I closed the tab at around 12.

    Anyone want to guess what it came to?

    £592.16

    And they carried on drinking after I left!:eek::confused:

    HA! That's wonderful...

    My family's been over here in the States for a couple hundred years, but when our little clan gets together there's always plenty of drinking going on. We have whiskey sours Christmas morning and toast each other by saying "Here's looking up yer kilt!"

    Well I guess you are just lucky they where Scot's and not Irish :) If they had of been Irish then they would have drank on your tab then want to fight you for paying it :) Myself being Scotch Irish German decent I'm To quote Forest Gump Like a box of chocolates ,You never know what you'll get :-/
