If you're looking for good clowns and don't mind getting them shipped, I know a great place. I went there last night and he had an amazing selection of true perculas along with many other pretty rare fish. Sharks and Rays for Sale, Shipping Sharks and Rays - Aquatop USA California. Personally, I think his prices are pretty reasonable but I'm willing to pay for quality.

What type of top off water are you using, and what source water are you using to make your saltwater? What is the temperature of the tank? Are you running carbon? Do you have a skimmer? How about UV sterilizer?
You should also test for copper in your tank as well.
I had horrible luck keeping Tomato clowns, I went through 3 of them, but have had great luck with Maroons (my female is 7 years old now) and now Ocellaris. I hope the best for you, I know how frustrating it is when you can't figure out what's going on.
