My Orange Shoulder Tang is constantly going to the water surface, around the edges of the tank and makes bubbles....he isnt grazing...but he constantly does it...and he is the only one of the tangs that does it...? Is he just a weirdo or is there a reason behind it?

Maybe he is eating one of the nerite eggs right below the water line and reacting to that. My cats growing up would eat grasshoppers and foam at the mouths. Since he only does it in that spot I figured if its not behavioral is more like environmental?
