I am looking for a pre-fabricated sump that has room for Macro Algae, My G2 Skimmer, and another compartment for my return pump. Why is this soo hard to find? and why are they soo expensive online?

I wanted to buy one, but everyone convinced me to build my own. Pros and cons to both methods, as far as I'm concerned! Definitely would have been easier to buy one. I don't have any experience with the Eshoppes sumps, but I did buy one of their overflow boxes and it's really good quality. And I think their sump looks like good quality.

I do own one however mine is a two compartment. Have you considered a seperate fuge and a two comparment sump? (If you have room) Oh and I am very pleased with mine. I have pictures of the sump and my setup in my tank thread if you wanna see it.

Not hurt anyone that likes theirs, but I have an Eshoppes...and I hate it. Mine is 2 compartment which I don't like. I also hate the filter sock design. It serves one purpose to me...it gets in my way.
