Why Liveaquaria.com and maybe not a LFS!

Although I wholeheartedly say support your local LFS if ya have a good one! If you don't this is why i use liveaquaria! 3 diff orders, over $500 in livestock! And 3 small deaths! Which they reimburse your account immediately, no questions asked! Does you LFS do this acclimation/QT process like Divers Den does?

Thats neat I just ordered 4 fish from them received one waiting on the other 3. But this is the most interesting part "Other fish such as Angelfish, tangs, certain genus of wrasse, and several other specific species are given therapeutic saltwater baths." That's very neat.

 

For fish yes I agree LA/DD does a very good job with thier fish & inverts. I would say some of thier corals are a little high, but thats just me. I've ordered from them multiple times and always been happy with the results even if a death happened.

 

I just order some fish from them I have ordered at least 5000 dollars worth of stuff over the years any deaths quik reinvestment love them

 

Great place not gonna lie, The coral farm is spectacular in person. I will be there the 25th again .

 

just got a new shipment, everythings great, the wrasse doesn't look like he's gonna make it, but this clam i got is a MONSTER!

 

+1 Live Aquaria....lovem tooo...Every shipment is nice and healthy...live rock is GREAT!! lots of pores!!!I do buy at my L.f.S..but only when I'm buying one or two livestock..and when I do I always make sure to pick them up before they get put in their tanks...If Liveaquaria shipping rate wasn't so expensive,my L.F.S would never see me again...

How do they know people do not just lie and say they lost a few corals so they can get more for free? :-/ Seems too easy to do no questions asked. I would at least want a water sample w/ reimbursements over $100

 

not sure, i'm assuming they just assume that they bust their butt to give ya an awesome specimen with amazing shipping and packaging, and that most people wouldn't scam the system! i lost 2 sps last shipment and sent them an email saying hey i lost 2 of 5 but it was prob my rookie mistakes, and they still gave me credit! I had a DOA in todays order and another credit, no questions asked! Out of prob 300 critters ordered from them i've lost 5, better than the 5 out of 20 from my LFS!
