In the 200, I have a foxface, fairy wrasse 2 firefish (moved from the 72) a chromis and a 3 stripe damsel. Will a powder blue tank be okay with this mix?

I had bought a powder blue last month and he died within 6 hours of qt.... (never went back to that lfs) Any suggestions to ease the bring home?

Yes, he should be fine, he is the only tang in the tank anyway. If you want more tangs, I suggest you add them all at once. If he is eating at the store, temp acclimate and put him in the tank.

What other tangs could he be kept with? Thinking of maybe a yellow,

Well, any as long you add them together at the same time, or they have different shapes. like powder blue with yellow.
Achilles and powder blue=no unless add at same time.

    Zebrasoma-
    Sailfin Tang
    Yellow Tang

    Tomini Tang
    Kole Tang
    Two Spot Bristletooth Tang
    Chevron Tang

    Paracanthurus-

Are just some tangs you could mix from, usually stay away from one specific grouping of them unless you do 3's or have a mated pair.

The one thing I would add is that in a tank that big (200 gallons) you should be able to add some tangs of the same genus if they are small and added at the same time.

As to Powder Blues, I stay away from them. They are ich magnets and very difficult to get past the first couple weeks. It is one of the few fish that I've earnestly tried to keep and just had bad luck with.

i have three tangs in my 120. powder blue, purple and an orange shoulder i added the orange shoulder last and no problems(except from my little domino damsel, another story there) i moved a couple pieces of rock and coral around so its kinda new for everyone when i added him. My powder blue also used to be an ich magnet, that is until i noticed i wasnt giving him enough veggies. Ever since i give them a blanced diet of meats and veggies they have not had ich.
