Its difficult to say, in the wild cleaner shrimp are often protceted from the typical predators because of the cleaning services in which they offer.
But in the home aquarium, its anyones guess as it can go either way. Also im not to sure about wrasse, as i believe that most are immune to ich anyway so they dont require cleaning, therefore the shrimps loses its immunity.
I would put my money on the wrasse eating the shrimp at some point.... just MO

Those green halichoeres are totally reef safe. Don't sweat it, they won't bother your shrimp at all.

Actually, housing a halichores wrasse is one of the best things you can do for a reef tank. These genus of wrasses eat planaria (flat worms), and pyramellid snails, which are clam killers. So, not only will that new wrasse add some green constantly swimming color to your tank, it will be a good reef citizen.

Just wanted to make sure you knew these get to be pretty big for a halichoeres wrasse, 7-8" I believe. Looks like you have a 190 so it should be fine I would think but just checking! :)
