will it fit

i was given an oceanic sump its a 40 gal 18x36 question is i have a 90 gal setup 48 x18 stand what are the chances i could get it in the stand with the tank running , the sump in there now is to small to upgrade to a better skimmer system, its a wet dry style, its plumbed in w/ridgid pvc with unions but i dont want to break it down and not be able to fit it in. this is probably a dumb question but i just thought some one might have some input on this

 

It's hard to say without being there, but I'd doubt that it will fit. If you could have put it in without the tank then maybe, but tough with it in place.

 

I doubt it will go but depends on your stand. My tank is 18" wide, but once you put support under it, I only have 16 3/4" inside the stand. It will also depend on the doors in the sump, I can't see it going but you never know once you get the tape measure out.
