    I am looking at getting a regal blue tang. thats about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long currently . I feel like it could survive in my tank now but how long would it be for the fish to out grow my tank.

    i think it would be really pushing it. imo, youre pretty much at your limit without the tang. and it would outgrow your tank in no time at all.

    1-2 years tops.. depends if you put him on a jenny craig diet plan. :)

    I had a blue tang for a 4-5 years.. was probly 4.5-5" inches long before he passed. :(
