Went searching last night and this morning so I could give this one more shot before throwing them in a blender. :uneasy:

They're gone. Searched and searched. Turned PH off so I could see down from the top... can't find them anywhere.

So I guess in a few years I'll start seeing little Eagle Eye Zoas popping up somewhere unexpected :-/

Or maybe one day they'll drift back into sight. Or they'll die from lack of light.

Easily my least favorite coral. And yes, for my own peace of mind, I have to place all the blame on this frag and not me :) Which I justify by remembering they came off the frag that was mailed to me to begin with... and that was outside of my doing.

    Oh well.

that's why I use 3lb test fishing line. I went about 4 weeks of going nuts with the glue and ended up using fishing line. Since then, everything has kept its spot and no issues at all.

However, gsp is the only thing I have that glue sticks to for some reason...

I always have free floating zoanthids in my tank. They appear and dis-appear on a regular basis. Yours will show back up.

I had called the online store (vivid aquariums) and left them a couple of messages to get their help on attaching these Zoa's back. They called me back today.

I told them the problem and at their own suggestion are crediting back the 30 bucks for these Zoa's to my card. Because they came off the plug. In their words: "You shouldn't have to deal with that, they should of held to the plug they were shipped on".

WOW. OK, no problem. Thanks Vivid!

I didn't misrepresent - I told them I was sure they were floating around somewhere in the tank. Maybe it had something to do with my order size (6 corals). But in any event, a most excellent reaction on their part.

    Karma to them :)
