My wife and I decided that an 80g reef was too small for us. We got a good deal on a 125g acrylic show and stand. Here it goes. I am a little late on posting the pictures so bear with me.

I've wanted a bigger tank for some time now. It was my wife's idea to upgrade to a larger tank. She is the one that found the tank and got us a good deal on it. al i had to do was pick it up.

Lucky! My GF just calls mine "the [insert word, i.e. money, time, space, etc.] pit". She does like the look, just hates the time I spend with it....

The transfer was done a couple weeks ago, just getting time to upload. It was an all night event. After the baby went to bed my wife and I put in an all nighter. First Picture was adding water to the tank. My Storage of RODI water is located in my garage which is down stairs. Couldnt even tell you how many trips i made to fill up buckets.
2nd pic is about half full and you can see the 80g on the right. Had to wait for the water to warm up and everything to settle then we started to transfer water, sand then livestock
3rd pic is everything transferrer and check it out, the sun is up
4th, purple tang and blue jaw, both love the new room.
Rockscape not done yet just letting everything settle.
The emperor 400 filters were on the 80 and are just temporary while the tank goes through its cycle and while i finish my sump and plumbing.

I found a Little Giant 4-mdqx-sc for $75 that I am going to use as my return pump.
My little one helping me get the plumbing at Home Depot, she was a good helper
This is my 20g that I turned into my sump, baffles and fuge section. Didnt realize at the time that I was going to need more water volume if I wanted everything to run correctly. (dont worry I went bigger, just havent gotten there yet)
Rockscape done, I think it looks pretty good.

Purchased a ASM G2 Skimmer from a friend of mine. Definetely would not have fit in the 20g.
Went out and purchased a 40g tank to use as my sump/ fuge
This is my Fuge, performing my leak test. I went with the return in the middle, skimmer section on one side and the fuge on the other.
This is the start of the plumbing, beginning with the return pump.
At this point it is starting to come along, but not fast enough, I really want to get the Sump/ fuge going. I am taking my time with it because I want to do it right and I only want to do it once. (spoiler, I do it more than once because It's not perfect and I was not happy with it.
